Rawicom Consulting Services sp. z o.o. is a PV developer consulting company and design office for photovoltaic system projects. We provide services to both Polish and foreign investors specializing in renewable energy projects.

We offer comprehensive investment and consultancy services at every stage of project development and its subsequent implementation. Our projects cover both ground-mounted and rooftop installations.

We are a company affiliated with Rawicom S.A. – an entity with an established reputation and many years of experience related to the construction of photovoltaic systems and the share capital of PLN 3,000,000. Through constant cooperation and exchange of know-how with Rawicom S.A. we can support even the largest photovoltaic installations.

Development of PV projects

From concept to launch

We provide comprehensive services regarding development of PV projects, from searching for locations, to project feasibility and profitability analysis, through obtaining the necessary documentation, including all administrative decisions, permits and approvals, and then support in the process of building and maintaining photovoltaic farms.

We develop PV projects at every stage of their implementation. Our projects cover both ground-mounted and rooftop installations.

We cooperate with well-recognized Polish and foreign entities that are interested in the development or purchase of PV projects at every stage of their development.

Design office

Our main tasks also involve creating pPV layouts and concepts with the assistance of qualified specialists, including engineers and analysts, as well as preparation of complete construction designs, covering plot or land development designs, architectural and construction designs and technical designs.

We develop PV projects and obtain all required decisions of state authorities and collect the necessary documentation, which leads to the implementation of a given project and construction of solar farms.

Comprehensive formal and legal support

We provide comprehensive legal, consultancy and technical services for the implementation of PV projects.

We cooperate with Rawicom S.A., a company that offers its customers individually tailored photovoltaic systems along with a construction project and complete installation of panels in a designated area. Support at every stage of the installation

Establishment of a special purpose vehicle

In the beginning, investment in a solar farm involves a lot of legal formalities that you leave with us. From the establishment and registration of a special purpose vehicle to the preparation of all necessary documents and applications. Our lawyers and analysts provide comprehensive services for your project.

Lease agreement

The basic foundation of the implementation of a photovoltaic farm is its location with favourable irradiation. We have several dozen plots of land at your disposal throughout Poland and our rights to the plots are secured. We can also acquire a new plot of land dedicated to a given investment – in this case, we offer:

- contact and negotiations with land owners,
- initial technical and legal verification of a given plot of land,
- preliminary assessment of the location of the panels and their power in a given area,
- preparation of a draft lease agreement,
- conclusion of a lease agreement with the land owner and entry of the lease in a land and mortgage register.

Environmental approval

Based on cooperation with environmental protection specialists, we are able to assess the environmental conditions of your investment as early as at the initial stage of the project.

Then, we provide comprehensive services with regard to applying for a decision specifying the environmental conditions of the investment, including the preparation of an information sheet for the project or an environmental report.

Land development and management conditions / Local zoning plan analysis

The next step is to analyze the local spatial development plan and verify whether this plan permits the construction of a photovoltaic system.

If there is no local spatial development plan, our services include all necessary formalities to obtain a decision on land development and management conditions. During this whole procedure, our lawyers guarantee professional representation before relevant authorities.

Connection conditions

The next stage in the development of a solar farm project is the preparation of a complete application in order to obtain a permit specifying grid connection conditions. Engineers start by creating a conceptual grid connection design, indicating electrical parameters and relevant components. Then the team of our lawyers completes all legal formalities related to obtaining the permit.

Construction permit and construction of the system

At the final stage of the investment in a photovoltaic farm, we offer a number of services related to the technical design of the target installation.

1. We prepare a complete construction project, specifying an architectural form of the planned investment, its technical characteristics and land development and management plan.

2. We prepare an application along with the other required attachments, maps, declarations and collected decisions.

3. We represent customers before competent authorities during the whole procedure of applying for a building permit.
